As Tim passed the Qubec lake on the way to his farm, he felt nostalgic. Relieving his past memories, he clearly remembered the day when his dad brought him on his first fishing trip to the lake.
Year-on-year, he made multiple trips to the lake for a variety of reasons apart from fishing – there was one year where he and his friends took refuge in the bushes surrounding the lake when Mr.Henchman chased them all around the lake with a blunt poker after they had stolen a basket of his fresh apple produce. Then there was the year when they had all celebrated their high school graduation with roasting marshmallows over the camp fire.
The lake had a permanence in his life and was where his past, present and future seemed to collide. Tim shook his head – “What had made him so philosophical all of a sudden?”
Childhood memories are often held close. Warm tale

It’s indeed. Childhood is something that’s never quite really goes away.
